With both a Thermoblock and a Thermocoil, cold water passes through a pathway within what is essentially a block of heated metal. This heating method is designed to offer a consistent temperature that is required to achieve a consistent and optimal espresso temperature. Purge Function
Extraction of coffee with water over 92-94°C will result in a bitter or burnt taste. Only required with Thermoblock or Thermocoil machines, the Auto Purge feature flushes the over heated water required for steaming back to the optimal espresso extraction temperature. |

Good beans + Good machine = Great coffees -
"hi i have had this machine for a few weeks now and it has been wonderful so far, it is so great to be able to have a coffee my way hot enough but not so to burn your tounge. I love coffee but hate buying it out as cafes have to get it to a certain heat to be suitible for work place health and safety reasons, but i always get one that burns my toung leaving me not wanting one for a while. This machine is great i get up at 4am for work its quick and the perfect coffee i need in the mornings. Simple to use fun to use i have people over just to make coffees. Looks even better than the coffees taste(not sure if possible). Really looks great sitting on the bench the full metal body makes it really stylish. It looks great next to the BarAroma Grinder i received as a bonus when i purchased it."
