Breville's Warranty Policy
Breville Guarantees all products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for twelve months domestic use, (3 month commercial use) from date of purchase. Click here to see if your product has an extended guarantee.

During this guarantee period Breville will REPAIR any defective product. However, if the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced. Breville reserves the right to make minor adjustments. Packaging, instructions, recipes etc. will not be replaced unless faulty.

Appliances purchased before 1 October 1991 and superseded models that do not have an equivalent will be repaired free of charge for parts and labour during the guarantee period.

This guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse or being tampered with by unauthorised persons. Repair Guarantee also excludes breakages and consumable items.

If a failure or fault occurs, the appliance or accessory should be returned to your Breville Service Centre for service. If distance prevents you from taking the appliance, you can send the appliance of accessory freight prepaid to the nearest authorised Service Centre as shown on the attached list. By following the tips, below, speedy attention to your requirements will be assured: If forwarding to a Service Centre, attach a label to the appliance stating your full name, address and nature of the fault or complaint. The Guarantee and Purchase Receipt should accompany any claims.

Wrap the appliance in paper, making sure the plug-which can cause damage to the appliance-is wrapped separately and pack into a strong carton. Address the package to your Service Centre and include your name and address on the outside.

This Repair Guarantee is additional to the conditions and Guarantee which are mandatory and as implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other legislation. If purchased overseas the normal twelve (12) months Repair Guarantee applies.
