High heat from top and bottom at the same time makes crispy paninis and tender steaks. But how do you protect delicate foods from getting squashed?

Deep channel plates drain fat for healthy cooking, while the top floating plate can be set in several positions to accommodate foods of a variety of thicknesses so delicate ingredients won't get crushed. With adjustable feet, the grill can also be put into a flat position for paninis, and, by setting the top plate high enough, it can melt cheese on open melt sandwiches without creating a mess.

Adjustable Height Control

The side of the grill has a sliding mechanism that allows the top plate to be set to several different height settings. Delicate foods like fish, paninis and vegetables can be cooked without being squashed. On the higher settings you can reheat pizzas and make crispy open melt sandwiches.
