Fruit and Nut Dispenser

Mix fruits, nuts, grains or jam into any recipe. The chute opens automatically to dispense ingredients into the dough at the appropriate time in the kneading cycle.

Smart Interface

Most bread makers have dozens of different recipes and settings. A turn and confirm dial makes it easy to choose between them, while the Smart Interface displays the major variables on one easy to read screen.

Collapsible Blade

Most bread makers bake the loaf with the blade still upright leaving a large hole in the base of the bread. Breville's unique kneading blade collapses before baking to maximise the amount of useable bread.

Manual Program

There's a world of bread recipes beyond the bakery. On top of the preset programmes, the manual setting lets you experiment with your own flavours and baking styles.

Delayed Start

A built in clock with a programmable start time means you can time your loaf to be ready whenever you want, even when you're not around. Wake up to fresh, hot bread.
