Asian style cooking uses high, consistent heat to seal in flavour and cook quickly. So how do you get gas style heating, without the gas?

The extra thick cast aluminium cooking surface retains heat even cooking large quantities. The element has a butterfly shape to distribute heat both high and low, even up the walls of the wok. The result is true gas style heat with the convenience and versatility of a variable temperature electric probe. The base dismantles and together with the triple coat titanium infused non-stick, clean up is fast and simple.

Butterfly Heating Elements

To improve heat distribution, and help the whole cooking area get hotter quicker, the circular element is folded in on itself in a butterfly shape.



Extra Thick Cooking Surface

Quantanium Non-Stick

Quick Release Base
