There's a world of breads beyond the bakery. And once you start experimenting, you'll find no end to the ingredients you'll want to add to spice up your loaves.

For the best flavoured loaves, ingredients like fruit, nuts and seeds need to be added at the right time in the kneading cycle for the bread to mix and rise correctly. Place your mix-ins in the automatic fruit and nut dispenser and it will add them at just the right time. With a 13 hour preset timer, any bread you want to create will be ready and still hot when you wake up.

For those wanting to be a bit more adventurous, use your own recipes with the manual setting to alter the programs so your bread is just the way you like it. 

Bake up to three loaf sizes including a 750g, 1kg and 1.25kg family size.  And once you master bread, you can use the jam blade to create homemade jams, the perfect companion to any fresh loaf.  The collapsible kneading blade ensures you get the most out of each slice by folding itself over and minimising the hole created by the blade.

Fruit and Nut Dispenser

Mix fruits, nuts, grains or jam into any recipe. The chute opens automatically to dispense ingredients into the dough at the appropriate time in the kneading cycle.



 
Collapsible Blade

Most bread makers bake the loaf with the blade still upright leaving a large hole in the base of the bread. Breville's unique kneading blade collapses before baking to maximise the amount of useable bread.



Manual Program

There's a world of bread recipes beyond the bakery. On top of the preset programmes, the manual setting lets you experiment with your own flavours and baking styles.



 
Delayed Start
