HOW TO ORDER
1. Selecting items
On the website www.rebootwithbreville.com.au, all the available products for sale are pictured. To make a purchase of a particular item simply click on ADD TO CART. Keep browsing and adding items in this way.
2. Your cart
You can review your items at any time by clicking on MY CART. You can delete items and change quantities as necessary. To amend the quantity simply highlight the quantity and change it to the quantity you wish to purchase and click on update shopping cart. To delete an item change the quantity to zero and click on update shopping cart. To continue shopping simply click on ‘continue shopping’ button.
Once you are happy with your order, click on PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. All shipping costs will be added for you to review once you have updated the total with your quoted shipping amount. To continue, enter your details in the following sections:
Check out method
If you are already a Breville user please login by entering your email address and password if not you will be asked to register as a new user. Please ensure you complete all your contact details correctly as we may need to contact you in regards to your purchase.

If you intend to send a gift, the billing address will be your address and the shipping address will be to the person you are sending the gift to.
We do not store credit card information. We do not handle card information directly. We supply the credit card information to our payment processor in an industry approved and secured manner.
Once you have completed all fields marked with an *, you will be shown all your order details for you to review and confirm. If you are happy your details are correct, click on the ‘place order’ button. Your credit account will then be debited.

Delivery within Australia
We endeavour to have all Australia deliveries picked and ready for dispatch within 5-7 working days of your order being placed.
In Australia we use Australia Post eParcels. This provides an ability to track your order through the Australia Post website.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from the Breville AU store a unique tracking code will be sent to your nominated email address.
You can track your parcel at: http://www.auspost.com/track
Please note, the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to be registered within Australia Post's system.
If you have queries about your delivery, please call Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678).
All deliveries need to be signed for so please ensure someone is available to collect the package at your nominated address. Australia Post will deliver between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
If there is no one to sign for the eParcel, Australia Post will leave a note and you will need to collect your parcel from the nominated outlet in your state.
These vary according to your location and the size and weight of your purchase, you will be quoted a delivery cost at the time of placing your order.
If a popular item has sold out we will contact you by phone or email and refund you. This will be done within two weeks of your order.
Please note, if a refund is required, once requested monies can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
We do not ship to international addresses.
At Breville we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be happy with your purchases. If you are unhappy with anything you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else or give you your money back.

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Breville will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.
If you find a fault...
If the fault is deemed a manufacturing fault, if returned within 14 days of finding the fault we will happily exchange the item if in stock or refund your money or we may need to repair it if the item is no longer in stock.
In all cases, you will be contacted via phone or email as to the result from your faulty item. Should a refund be required, please note payment returned monies can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
